Good points:good size to take a full family load; easy to operate
Bad points: have found that some items don't clean 100% - maybe due to where they are positioned in the dish washer.

Good points:Dishes are the cleanest we have had from any dishwasher (4 previous!)
Bad points:The door cover caught on the base board of the units and we had to cut a piece out to accommodate it.
